James (Jim) A. Blair, III, J.D.

General Counsel

Jim, a native Texan, obtained his Bachelor of Arts (History) from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987. He then attended Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas and finished his post-graduate education in New York, obtaining his Juris Doctor Degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1993. While in law school, Jim was a member of the Moot Court Board, Dean’s List, National Trial Team, and the Order of the Barrister’s. Most importantly, Jim met and married his wife while both were students. After law school, Jim moved to South Carolina and practiced business and commercial law for several large South Carolina law firms in excess of twenty-one years before becoming General Counsel for WCM Global Wealth, LLC in 2015. His legal experience includes a wide variety of corporate matters; business litigation; acquisition and development deals; real property transactions; commercial, industrial and retail leasing; lending and finance transactions; and commercial transactions. He is admitted to practice in all South Carolina State Courts, United States District Court (District of South Carolina); Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Tax Court. Jim and his family live in Charleston, South Carolina.

Jonathan McAdams, CFA®

Senior Portfolio Manager

Jonathan has more than 22 years of investment and financial services experience. Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts (Finance) from Texas A&M University in 1994 and his Master of Business Administration with honors from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in 2001. Jonathan became a CFA charterholder in 2002. He was previously Partner and Portfolio Manager at Mission Capital Management, an independent Registered Investment Advisor based in Franklin, Tennessee. Jonathan’s additional fund management experience includes Partner and Founder of Alloy Global Fund in 2008, and Senior Analyst at Jetstream Capital Management in 2003, where assets grew from $10 million to $1.3 billion while achieving an annualized 30% return during his tenure. He was also an Analyst with AIM Funds (now Invesco) and worked with the Value Fund, a $30B large cap GARP mutual fund, and with the AIM Worldwide Spectrum Fund, which achieved top decile performance and was recognized by the Wall Street Journal as a top performer in its class. He joined WCM Global Wealth, LLC in 2015. Jonathan enjoys playing golf, coaching baseball, traveling, and playing the drums. He lives in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife and 6 children.

Naiden Kremenliev

Chief Financial Officer

Naiden has more than 22 years of financial operating and investment banking experience. Naiden received his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Princeton University in 1993. He has been Chief Financial Officer for several multinational manufacturing and service businesses with revenues ranging from $1 million to over $200 million. Naiden gained investment banking experience with Wachovia Securities and First Union Capital Markets in Charlotte, North Carolina where he primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions and private placement transactions. He has diversified acquisition, divestiture and due diligence transaction knowledge as buyer, seller and intermediary. Naiden enjoys sports and a variety of outdoor activities. He resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife and two children.

Antonette Pastor

Antonette has worked in the investment business since 1999 and with Erik C. Weir since 2005. Antonette earned her Bachelor of Science degree (Business Management) from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Antonette is integral to our investor relationships and she works closely with the management team and WCM Global Wealth clients. Antonette enjoys watching foreign films with English subtitles. She lives in San Francisco with her family.

Jerry O'Neal

Native of Chattanooga, Tennessee and a resident of Greenville, SC for 30 years. Obtained a BA degree in History/Political Science from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC in 1976. President of ONEALCO, Inc. and Weft, Inc. for 18 years as an importer for textile machine parts produced in Europe and Asia as well as the US. Parts supplied were an alternative to original equipment of equal quality at a lesser price. Market focus was the carpet industry, man made fibers and high speed weaving. Professional career has been spent in sales, marketing and business development. He lives in Greenville, SC with his wife of 37 years and has 3 children. He enjoys most outdoor activities, his church and spending time with his family.

Eric Dickinson

Accounting Specialist

Eric received his Bachelor of Science (Accounting) Degree from Bob Jones University in 2015. Eric joined WCM Global Wealth, LLC where he is an accounting specialist working on many accounting functions, including due diligence support, accounts receivable and payable and special projects. Eric works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the management team on various accounting projects. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, playing soccer, disc golf and other outdoor activities and watching the Liverpool Football Club. He lives in Greenville, South Carolina.

Cathy Bua

Accounting Specialist

Cathy, originally from New York, has over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting support. She earned her Associate Degree (Accounting) from Suffolk County (New York) Community College in 2010. Cathy provides substantial accounting support for WCM Global Wealth, LLC, including accounts payable and bookkeeping assistance. She enjoys reading and resides in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

Cristina Kotschate

Executive Administrator

Cristina holds an Associate Degree in Business Management, and a Human Resource Management certificate. Cristina joined WCM Global Wealth in 2015. Cristina supports the management team in a variety of functions, including administrative support, due diligence projects and company communications. Cristina enjoys photography. She lives in Greenville, South Carolina with her family.

Gresham Barrett

Congressman Gresham Barrett served in the U.S. House of Representatives representing South Carolina’s 3rd District from January 2003 to January 2011. During his tenure he served on key committees and subcommittees including the Committee on Financial Services, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Energy and Commerce Committee, and the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct.

Before Congress, from 1996-2002, he served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 1st District. There, he served on the Education and Public Works Committee; Labor, Commerce, and Industry Committee; Rules Committee, and the School Choice Ad Hoc Committee. He also chaired the Ad Hoc Committee on Urban Growth.

Gresham is a member of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP’s Government Relations Group and its Federal Strategies Team. He has significant federal experience and represents clients before federal, state, and local legislative, regulatory and administrative agencies. He is based in the Firm’s Washington, DC, and Greenville, SC, offices.

A native of Westminster, SC, Congressman Barrett earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Citadel in 1983. He served in the U.S. Army from 1983-1987, and attained the rank of captain in the field artillery. He is a businessman who formerly ran the family’s furniture store, Barrett’s Furniture Store.

Mack I. Whittle. Jr.

Mack served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The South Financial Group, a bank holding company, he founded in 1986. He retired from the company at the end of 2008, and is now an investor and advisor for several entrepreneurial ventures.

Mr. Whittle has served as Chairman of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the University of South Carolina, where he remains on the board. Other affiliations include the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts at the JFK Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC, and many state and community boards including the South Carolina Arts Foundation, The Palmetto Business Forum, South Carolina State Museum Foundation, The Greenville County Art Museum, Midlands Business Leadership Group, The Palmetto Institute, The SC Council on Competitiveness, The Palmetto Trust for Historic Preservation and the Greenville Symphony Advisory Board.

Mack is a Past President of the South Carolina Bankers Association and was named that organization’s “Outstanding Young Banker”. Other honors include the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina, The Whitney Young Humanitarian Award from the Greenville Urban League, and The Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ernst & Young. In addition, Mr. Whittle created the Carolina First Bank Foundation in 1999 to demonstrate Carolina First Bank’s commitment to elevate the quality of education in South Carolina and other markets served by the Company.
